RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number from ATG Audio®, which must be marked clearly on all shipping cartons. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Credit for A Stock goods will be for dealer’s original cost less 15% restocking charge. Those products not deemed as “A“ goods will be returned to the dealer freight collect. Products returned must include all original items including connectors, manuals, etc. Dealers may be assessed charges for missing items.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE
Please call 1-616-878-3500 for ATG Audio Customer Service. You must obtain an RA# (Return Authorization Number) to return any product to ATG Audio®. You are responsible for shipment of product to ATG Audio®.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper installation, operations, water, theft.
Any cost or expense related to the removal or re-installation of product.

Service performed by anyone other than authorized ATG AUDIO® Service center.
Any product, which has had the serial number defaced, altered, or removed.
Subsequent damage to other components.
Any product purchased outside the U.S.
Any product not purchased from an authorized ATG Audio® dealer
